1. Making and accepting a reservation

1.1 Accommodation reservation is made electronically via the booking form, by e-mail, or by phone at +420 724 186 076, +420 724 009 090.

1.2 By sending a booking form (or e-mail), reservation is not confirmed. If the requested room or term is occupied, you can see it in the section apartments, so we can offer you another term or apartment.

1.3 In order to confirm the reservation, 50% of the apartment price must be paid up to 5 working days from the reservation to the account number: 115-4175490257 / 0100, the guest shall state his / her surname, date of stay and apartment number.

1.4 Reservations confirmed in writing by the Provider are binding on both Contracting Parties.

1.5 The guest is obliged to pay the remainder of the accommodation fee no later than 40 days before the start of the stay.

1.6 The prepayment is paid on a non-cash basis based on the payment information.

1.7 In case of premature termination or interruption of accommodation without fault of the accommodation, there is no obligation to return to the client the paid price of the stay or the proportion thereof.

2. Accommodation

2.1. The day of onset is always Saturday. Another day of arrival is possible only by phone agreement or written agreement.

2.2. The guest may be accommodated for a shorter period than a week, but the price of the apartment remains the same, ie the full amount.

2.3 Upon arrival, every guest is required by law to submit to the landlord, immediately upon arrival, his identity card or other valid identity card, passport or other travel document within the meaning of the Act on the Residence of Foreigners in the Czech Republic. This entitles you to the regular use of hired premises and the use of agreed services. Without proof of identity, the guest can not be accommodated.

2.4 The guest or the accommodated persons are liable to the property owner for any damage caused intentionally or unintentionally to the accommodation. This damage will be covered by a deposit of 2,000 CZK, which the guest will pass on the arrival of the apartment, or will send to the account on the day of arrival. Following the end of the stay and after checking the apartment, the deposit will be returned.

2.5 If the guest has comments on the quality of the services provided, the scope or the content of the services provided, he is obliged to apply his / her requirements without undue delay during the stay so that they can be removed on the spot.

2.6 The landlord is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings, money, electronics, etc. left in the apartments. Damage caused to the means of transport and the things left in our car park is also unresponsive. The object is guarded by a camera system for potential need in the theft investigation.

2.7 After the stay, before the keys are handed over, the guest is obliged to clean the apartment and hand it over in the condition as it was handed to him. Tzn. Remove bedclothes, wash dishes, wipe dirt, sweep the floor and wipe it.

3. Cancel conditions

3.1 The cancel terms apply to cancellation of the reservation by the client.

31 days and more before arrival = 10% of the accommodation price

15-30 days before arrival = 50% of accommodation price

14 days and less before arrival = 100% of accommodation price

4. Conclusion

4.1 The General Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on January 1, 2017. Changes and additions to these Terms and Conditions may be made individually between the Provider and the Client solely in written form.
